Shipping
We ship every order from our Dhaka warehouse via trusted courier partners.
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days
- Flat delivery fee of ৳60, free on orders above ৳999
- You'll receive a tracking update by SMS once your order ships
Order processing
Orders placed before 5 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM, or on public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- You have your order number and proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, makeup, or personal care items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
