Add products to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and major debit/credit cards.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
You can cancel an order from your account's Orders page while it's still in the Processing stage.

How long does delivery take?+
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days, depending on your district.
Do you deliver nationwide?+
Yes, we deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh via our courier partners.
Is delivery free?+
Orders above ৳999 qualify for free delivery. Otherwise a flat ৳60 delivery fee applies.

Are your products 100% authentic?+
Yes. Every product is sourced directly from authorized brand distributors — we never sell counterfeits or expired stock.
How do I know which product suits my skin?+
