Requesting data deletion
You can request that we delete your SkinLookBD account and associated personal data (name, contact details, saved addresses, and order history) at any time.
- Email support@skinlookbd.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the name, email, or phone number associated with your account
- We'll confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days
What gets deleted
We remove your account profile, saved addresses, and wishlist. Order records tied to completed transactions may be retained in anonymized form as required for tax and accounting compliance.
Facebook / social login data
If you signed up using Facebook, you can also revoke SkinLookBD's access from your Facebook account settings under Apps & Websites, in addition to submitting a request here.
