Choosing the Right Sunscreen for Bangladesh's Climate

Jun 18, 2026 · By Team SkinLookBD

In hot, humid weather, heavy sunscreens can feel unbearable within an hour. Look for a water-fit or gel-type formula with a matte or semi-matte finish, which absorbs quickly and layers well under makeup.

Broad-spectrum SPF 50 with PA++++ is a good baseline for daily wear in Bangladesh, especially if you spend time outdoors. Reapply every 3–4 hours if you are outside for extended periods.

Don't skip sunscreen on cloudy days — UV rays still reach your skin, and consistent use is the single most effective anti-aging step in any routine.
